We are now able to order the new Chevrolet Camaro Coupe for delivery in the spring. The Camaro Coupe has not been produced by GM since 2003, so its re-introduction is long awaited. The new 2010 Camaro will offer a choice of six-speed manual transmission or a new TAPshift automatic. Manual transmission is standard on the Camaro LS and Camaro LT models. The Camaro coupe is projected to produce 300 hp in the V6 DOHC model with an estimated highway fuel economy of over 30MPG. The V8 Chevrolet Camaro will produce 400 hp V8 engine with automatic transmission and features Active Fuel Management for added fuel savings. With manual transmission and Brembo four piston calipers, the new Camaro SS develops 422 hp with the 6.2 V8 engine. The new Chevrolet Camaro has superb handling with a new 4.5-link independent rear suspension, and with six airbags and Bluetooth wireless technology, its safety and state of the art credentials are very appealing. Four-wheel disc brakes with ABS and a StabiliTrak Electronic Stability Control System with traction control are standard on all new Camaro models.
